Safia Minney- CEO and Founder of People Tree
Safia Minney is an English business woman and author. She is the founder and CEO of People Tree, a Fair Trade and environmentally conscious fashion label. She is also a well noted spokesperson on fair trade and ethical fashion. She helped start the World Fair Trade Day which she still runs the secretariat from her Japanese office. Additionally, she co-wrote the book, Naked Fashion.

M.Ghayasuddin- General Manager Saidpur Enterprises
M.Ghayasuddin has been working with Saidpur Enterprises since 1976. Saidpur Enterprises comprises two groups: Action Bag Handicrafts and Eastern Screen Printers. Its Action Bag subsidiary employs women artisans who make a variety of jute products. Some have husbands who are underemployed; others are widowed. Action Bag provides literacy classes, and training on nutrition, women's legal rights, educational awareness and finance.

Molly Harriss Olson- CEO Fairtrade Australia New Zealand
Molly Harriss Olson is the newly appointed CEO of Fairtrade Australia and New Zealand (FANZ). She served for nearly 6 years on the Board of Fairtrade International (FTI) and as its Chair in the last two. In her time as Chair and on the FTI Board she played a pivotal role in successfully overhauling the Board’s ways of working, passing a new Constitution giving half ownership to the producers and workers we serve and broadly improving governance of this vital organisation, who’s mark is the most known and respected ethical certification mark in the world.
