11am – 4pm daily 17 Tory St, Wellington During Fair Trade Fortnight this space will be open to anyone to drop in check out the world of Fair Trade, sample fair trade coffee and other goodies, and lots of events and chances to meet other great fair trade people. Find out more on Fair Trade City Wellington Facebook page 9th May, World Fair Trade Day Celebration – Trade Aid 11 - 4pm Trade Aid Store, corner of Victoria & Bond St, Wellington Come along and join comedian extraordinaire Michelle A'Court interview some fabulous Fair Trade people like Papua New Guinea coffee farmer Daniel Kinne, Wellington Deputy Mayor and Fair Trade businessman Justin Lester and many more. Enjoy fabulous fair trade food and great music. 11th May, Mayoral welcome 1.15 – 2pm, Mayor’s office in Wakefield St Wellington Mayor Celia Wade-Brown & Deputy Mayor Justin Lester and other Councilors (including Iona Pannett) will host Daniel Kinne at the Mayor’s office in Wakefield St. Maximum group is 10 people (tbc) [Daniel, Rachel from Fairtrade ANZ, plus FT City representatives – FT City Trust & Steering Group members] 11th May, The Great Fair Trade Quiz Night 6-8pm Zeal, Level1, 103 Ghuznee St With guest speaker Fair Trade coffee farmer Daniel Kinne from Papua New Guinea. Come along and enter a team (3-8 people), or come along on the nite to make up a team or just to support and join in the fun. There will be plenty of cool fair trade goodies to be won and a chance to meet others from the Wellington fair trade community.
